I would definitely recommend Sonam and Infinite Care Inc. Sonam has always given very good advice and made any necessary changes in arrangements for care for the 2 people that I look out for in a timely fashion. Sonam makes it work. I will add that all of the caregivers from Infinite Care that I have met are wonderful caring people.

The Infinite Care personal support workers have become part of our extended family. I know that my mother is lovingly cared for which gives me peace of mind, and gives my mother quality of life in her final years. We truly could not manage without them.

The team at Infinite Care helped me with support for my parents after my father fell and broke his hip. Every single caregiver they sent was wonderful. They were all professional, skilled and caring. No matter who came to help my parents, we were all very happy. The hours my parents needed help kept changing but Infinite Care was always able to figure something out to meet our needs. For several years now, PSWs from Infinite Care have been an indispensable part of caring for my mom through the stages of her advancing dementia. Also with their flexibility, as crises have required rapid changes in shifts and hours, and management has made prompt and effective adjustments to continue coverage. I don’t know how my mom, or I, would have managed without their help.

While my mother was still able, she enjoyed companionship visits and outdoor walks with patient, kind and careful Infinite Care staff. As she aged, Sonam and I developed an arrangement to ensure that whenever my mother was sent to the hospital, an Infinite Care staff member would be there to meet her, to comfort her and advocate for her medical needs until admission. After admission, it was important that someone was there to ensure that my mother was receiving the extra attention that is simply impossible to get at busy hospitals these days without personal help. I can honestly say that Sonam took a personal interest in ensuring the excellent care of my mother and treated her as a member of her own family. Sonam was to me like a caring and attentive extension of my own family. I could not imagine better service!
