I would definitely recommend Sonam and Infinite Care Inc. Sonam has always given very good advice and made any necessary changes in arrangements for care for the 2 people that I look out for in a timely fashion. Sonam makes it work. I will add that all of the caregivers from Infinite Care that I have met are wonderful caring people.

I have worked with this agency for few years. Sonam La is very helpful, understanding, comfortable to ask .She treat all our staff like friend so I never feel any uneasy for any request. Our intention is always try to satisfy and make happy for our clients. We have reach our goal.

For several years now, PSWs from Infinite Care have been an indispensable part of caring for my mom through the stages of her advancing dementia. I have been very happy with their dedication, caring, and professionalism in dealing with the many challenges of her condition. Also with their flexibility, as crises have required rapid changes in shifts and hours, and management has made prompt and effective adjustments to continue coverage. I don’t know how my mom, or I, would have managed without their help.

The Infinite Care personal support workers have become part of our extended family. I know that my mother is lovingly cared for which gives me peace of mind, and gives my mother quality of life in her final years. We truly could not manage without them.

The team at Infinite Care helped me with support for my parents after my father fell and broke his hip. Every single caregiver they sent was wonderful. They were all professional, skilled and caring. No matter who came to help my parents, we were all very happy. The hours my parents needed help kept changing but Infinite Care was always able to figure something out to meet our needs. Infinite Care has done a wonderful job arranging support for my mother with Alzheimer’s. They have been flexible and responsive in providing care for 4-8 hours/day, occasionally dealing with last-minute changes in our needs. The caregivers have all been responsive to my mother’s needs, respectful, and skilled. We are fully confident in and highly recommend Infinite Care and the care that they coordinate.
